Such technique delivers improved imprint that has very stable quality resisting loss of colors, blank spots, image peeling and scratches. Our formula produces polymer in strict sublimation standard. White mugs with SUNPOLY™ materials are under absolute control of color shades and printability to enable printing of full-spectrum colors, and reproduce whatever colors in your original graphics. Upon precise color control, the material density and consistency are developed to the greatest extent to reproduce images in coating-free sublimation. Such substrate is capable of transferring clear and sharp images in up-to 300DPI, and super durability to resist scratches and peeling. All SUNPOLY™mugs are tested food-grade-safe according to criterion by FDA, EU, CA65, etc, proven to be free of BPA, lead, and other hazardous substances, and safe in high temperature, microwave and dishwasher.
