The classic 2 Ply sublimation face mask (2D) is the very first type of face masks that SUN-FLY has been launched. It’s the best selling and most popular type since its launch. This model provides you the best balance between breathability and protection ability (PFE=PM3), the front layer polyester delivers vibrant color while inner layer cotton provides comfortable wearing experience.
The imprint area of the classic 2 Ply sublimation face mask (2D) is designed to be flat which requires only a one-time imprint process. The outer polyester layer is well selected by our textile team with glossy and great color expression features.
The manufacturing process of the mask is made by hand sewing, and due to the elasticity of the fabric, it is easy to cause the surface of the double-layer mask to appear uneven or wrinkle, resulting in problems with the quality of the sublimation printed images. SUN-FLY is fully aware of this issue and we have strict quality control process to minimize these problems from happening and ensure our customers to have a very pleasant imprint experience.
